  • You can get started by reaching out through our contact form, email, or phone. We’ll respond to schedule an initial conversation or assessment and help determine whether our services are a good fit for your needs.

  • Therapy sessions are offered both in person and virtually, with a preference for in-person work when possible. All therapy intake sessions are conducted in person.
    Coaching sessions may be offered virtually or in person, depending on the engagement.

  • The first session is a time to get to know each other, discuss what brings you in, and explore what you’re hoping for from therapy. We’ll talk through relevant history, answer questions, and begin to determine next steps together.

  • We offer integrative therapy informed by evidence-based practices and a relational, person-centered approach. The work adapts to the needs of each client and may draw from multiple therapeutic models.

  • Coaching is not therapy, advice-giving, or clinical treatment. Coaching focuses on reflection, clarity, and forward movement, supporting individuals or groups in navigating goals, transitions, and growth.

  • Therapy is confidential and governed by professional and legal standards, with specific exceptions related to safety. Coaching confidentiality is outlined in the coaching agreement. We’re happy to answer questions about confidentiality during an initial conversation.

  • Services are not covered by insurance and are private pay services. We do provide "super-bills" or insurance receipts for all clinical services.

  • Clinical session fee payment is required at the time of the session and charged to the credit card on file.
    We accept flexible health spending account cards and all major credit cards.
